1. Parties to the Agreement
This Agreement is concluded between sahalwallet.net, an online service provider for digital currency exchange (hereinafter “Contractor”), and the Customer, an individual utilizing the Contractor’s services.
2. Definitions
- 2.1 Digital Currency Exchange: Automated service provided by sahalwallet.net under these terms.
- 2.2 Customer: Individual agreeing to the terms and conditions herein.
- 2.3 Digital Currency: Unit within a payment systеm used for electronic transactions, representing rights under the associated electronic payment systеm agreement.
- 2.4 Application: Electronic information submitted by the Customer, signifying acceptance of Contractor’s service terms.
3. Terms and Conditions
- 3.1 These rules are a public offer effective immediately upon the Customer’s application submission.
- 3.2 The Agreement activates once the full amount of digital currency specified in the application is received from the Customer by the Contractor.
- 3.3 Digital currency transactions shall comply with electronic payment systеm rules.
- 3.4 This Agreement remains valid from application submission until terminated by either party.
4. Scope of Agreement
- 4.1 sahalwallet.net undertakes digital currency exchange services using technical means upon receiving a Customer’s application, charging an applicable commission.
- 4.2 Digital currency will be sold at rates not lower than specified by the Customer, and funds transferred according to the Customer’s instructions.
- 4.3 Any profit from exchange transactions remains with the Contractor as commission.
5. Additional Terms
- 5.1 Any discrepancies in amounts received exceeding 10% lead to agreement termination, with funds returned minus transfer fees.
- 5.2 Customers may request termination and a refund if digital currency is not dispatched within 24 hours, provided funds have not yet been transferred to the Customer.
- 5.3 Non-receipt of digital currency from the Customer within the set timeframe results in automatic agreement termination and fund return, less commission fees.
- 5.4 sahalwallet.net holds no liability for transfer delays due to payment systеm errors.
- 5.5 Transactions involving fraud or interference will be suspended and recalculated; Customers retain termination rights.
- 5.6 Customer acknowledges sahalwallet.net’s limited liability and absence of further warranties beyond stipulated terms.
- 5.7 Customers must comply with laws and not disrupt sahalwallet.net’s operations.
- 5.8 sahalwallet.net is not liable for losses from incorrect Customer-provided transaction details.
6. Warranty
- 6.1 sahalwallet.net provides a 24-hour warranty post-exchange unless otherwise stated.
7. Force Majeure
- 7.1 Unforeseen events excusing delays suspend obligations; sahalwallet.net is not responsible for such delays.
8. Agreement Validity
- 8.1 This Agreement is considered legally binding and equivalent to a written contract.
9. Special Conditions for Cardholders (England, Germany, USA)
- 9.1 Transfers from these regions may be delayed indefinitely pending full verification. Funds remain fully secured by sahalwallet.net.
10. Claims and Disputes
- 10.1 Claims should be clearly detailed via e-mail to sahalwallet.net.
11. Transaction Guidelines
- 11.1 Illegal or fraudulent use of sahalwallet.net’s services is strictly forbidden; violators will face criminal liability.
- 11.2 Issues beyond sahalwallet.net control will result in fund returns within 24 hours, minus commissions.
- 11.3 sahalwallet.net may provide transaction information to authorities, payment administrators, or fraud victims upon request.
- 11.4 Customers must provide identification documents if suspected of fraud or money laundering.
- 11.5 Customers must not hinder sahalwallet.net’s operations and must provide accurate transaction information.
12. Liability Limitation
- 12.1 sahalwallet.net reserves the right to decline any agreement or application without providing justification.
